The Georgian Skirting Boards are well detailed and of a very high standard. I won't be working on them yet, but I am sure that whether I paint or vanish them they will be a perfect addition to my Georgian Dolls House.

Every skirting board was perfectly cut and smooth. I varnished with a quick dry mahogany varnish and you can see the close grain through the varnish, which looks so realistic. I did not need to sand before varnishing or between coats - with having a large dollshouse to prepare them for, that was a great time saver. In my opinion these hardwood products are far superior than the softwood ones from other suppliers and at reasonable prices.
