Grande qualité

J'ai passé commande il y a quelques mois pour trois de ces kits, ma livraison ne s'est pas fait sans mal...il aura fallut pas moins de deux mois pour que mon colis arrive enfin dans ma maison en France! Je tiens à préciser que l'équipe a été formidable pour les échanges et leur inquiétude, très à l'écoute et sympathique. Le colis était égaré mais est arrivé parfaitement emballé, un produit de grande qualité que j'ai commencé à préparer pour le mettre dans ma salle à manger victorienne. Je pense que c'est un incident isolé (j'espère!) et je serais prête à repasser commande car j'ai encore besoin de beaucoup de moulures pour les 25 pièces de ma maison victorienne!

The service is excellent I ordered it Friday and delivered Saturday,I haven't assembled the item yet but the quality is excellent, I certainly will be ordering more of this paneling

Another thing was the instructions, companies that make doll house kits are absolutely useless with instructions, I am building a house for a client and the instructions were crap, but the instructions I had from DHCW were excellent, so 5 stars to them
