Kit includes components to make this chimney breast, hearth and surround with mantel.
 

Designed for room height of 240mm (9 1/2")
Provision has also been made for you to easily trim to a lower room height of 203mm (8") and 215mm (8 1/2")
Use a craft knife or small saw (razor saw is ideal)
 

Simple assembly with PVA glue and paint to finish
