We now offer three options for leaving feedback;

Product review:

An automated email will be sent to each customer a few days after we dispatch their order. This is a quick and easy option to leave a short product review and star rating for an item you have purchased. Go to a product and scroll down to the headings Information, Specifications and Reviews. Click Reviews and then click the button 'wright a review'. Type in your feedback and it will be published along with other reviews on that page.

Trustpilot:

We have recently created a Trustpilot account, and we would love to see your feedback on their platform.

If you are a keen reviewer, you may be familiar with Trustpilot. This is the go to place to leave feedback about any companies products and service.

Click the Trustpilot button that can be found at the bottom of any page of our website. Once you are there, you can enter your feedback and a star rating. This will be published for all to see. If you do not have a Trustpilot account, you can create one for free and then you can leave reviews for ourselves, and any other business in the future. As mentioned it is the go to review site.
